Ball State University is seeking an individual to lead the Code Red Dance Team.

Position Function

Lead the Code Red dance team with the understanding that the primary purpose of the squad is to support the athletics department and serve as ambassadors for Ball State University. The position will also be responsible for prospecting youth spirit squads for home event performances. The dance team will promote school spirit at various sporting events and appearances by motivating, inspiring and entertaining Cardinal fans.

Minimum Education

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent in experience.

Minimum Experience

Demonstrate leadership experience with a youth, prep, college or pro dance program.

Minimum Other

Authorization to work in the US

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
