The temporary customer service representative will work with the athletic ticket office at athletic events with primary roles in ticket sales and will call, as well as providing excellent customer service to fans. The ideal candidate will have experience working with customers and handling cash and credit credit transactions, as well as possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Minimum qualifications include computer skills, flexible schedule (including weekday and weekend availability), and excellent organizational and planning skills.
