The Director of Player Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive student-athlete development initiatives that promote personal growth, leadership, life skills, and competitive excellence. Working closely with the coaching staff and athletics support personnel, this position develops individualized player development plans that enhance each student-athlete's success both on and off the field.
The Director serves as a trusted mentor, supports student-athlete transitions, utilizes performance data and film analysis to reinforce development, and assists with recruiting operations.
_ Temporary employees are employed according to departmental need and the length of time will vary by workload and may not exceed 1300 hours worked in a 12-consecutive month period. _
