Job Description

The Temporary Field Hockey Assistant position will include (not limited to) managing travel operations for home/away events, oversee team meal organization & calendar input. Assisting staff with data input for recruiting events, alumni events, and database oversight. Strong communication and organizational skills necessary.

Education and Experience

Preferred experience in

NCAA

athletics.

Preferred 4-year degree.

Skills and Knowledge

Organizational skills required, usage of multiple programs – Microsoft Office,

ARMS

, Teamworks, etc.

Responsibilities

Travel organization

Team management – meals, calendars, events etc.

Data entry – Recruiting, Alumni, Sport technologies, etc.

Office management, Setup/Breakdown games, training, events
