The Assistant Director of Athletics Development/Assistant Athletics Director, Development is a new position as a digital gift officer responsible for assisting with the implementation of the athletics annual giving strategy to support the College’s 27 varsity sports.
The Assistant Director of Athletics Development/Assistant Athletics Director, Development, in collaboration with the Associate Director of Athletics Development and the annual giving team, is responsible for supporting initiatives that drive athletics annual giving. The Assistant Director of Athletics Development/Assistant Athletics Director, Development must work closely with Annual and Parent Giving and key partners in the athletics department, including athletics administration and head coaches, to meet annual athletics fundraising goals and achieve retention, reactivation and acquisition goals by using targeted, highly segmented, individual outreach to drive digital engagement.
