Position Description
Assist ticket purchasers with orders via phone, internet and in person. Process ticket orders and payments on Archtics ticket system. Reconcile end of day sales. Assist Gamecock Club members with our online seat selection systems. Field questions from fans regarding upcoming events, including on sale dates, deadlines, ticket prices, priority seating, etc.
1+ years experience working in a retail or customer service related industry. Ability to work Monday-Friday and some weekends as needed. Possess strong organizational, verbal and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.Prefer experience working in either the sports industry or a ticket office.
