| Position Summary |
The University of Central Arkansas is seeking student-workers for the Athletic Ticket Office that are Federal Work Study Eligible. The position is a one year opportunity with hourly pay with the option to return year to year. The Ticket Operations student-workers will work with the Athletic Ticket Manager to ensure ticketing operations for each ticketed sport are accomplished (Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Baseball and Softball). This position is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of an NCAA ticket office and is a great opportunity for those looking to begin a career in athletics.

| Job Duties and Responsibilities |
Responsibilities: Assist the Ticket Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
● Students can work up to 10-20 hours per week in the box office and Game days.
(depending on class schedule and federal eligibility)
● Students must be able to work nights and weekends for all UCA home ticketed events
● Assist with ticket related operations for ticketed sports. (Includes: will call, pass lists, single-game sales, season ticket sales, answer/make phone calls, learn to operate the UCA Athletics Ticket Software: AudienceView)
● Concentrate on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
● Make sales calls to new and current UCA Athletics fans
● Arrive to work on time & when scheduled
● Provide excellent customer service
● Attend Ticket staff team meetings
● Properly communicate with fans, ticket staff and Ticket Manager
● Work well in team environment
