- Assist and support Women’s Basketball ticket manager
- With the support of Women’s Basketball ticket manager, build and implement Women’s Basketball season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation.
- Provide game day support for women’s basketball, and lead students/part time workers in exemplary customer service

- Process ticket requests, allotment requests, and ticket renewal forms from internal departments

| Position Summary |
A Ticket Office Intern’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing customer service via phone, mail and walk-up; conducting inbound sales and service calls; processing orders and mailings through Paciolan ticketing software; printing tickets; assisting service and retention efforts; assisting with ticket reconciliations; data entry; supervising and leading student workforce; and assisting managers/directors with other duties when necessary. Additional responsibilities will include assisting and leading in game day operations and management for football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, baseball, and, at times, post season events.
