| Position Summary |
This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers in person at the Butts-Mehre ticket window, and occasional email correspondence with current and prospective ticket buyers. Assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations with various projects including, but not limited to, season and single game ticket allocations, fulfilling ticket requests, and mailing ticket orders. Additional responsibilities will include Paciolan ticketing system proficiency, customer record confidentiality, familiarity with athletic venues and parking regulations, and StubHub integration support.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
