| Position Summary |
This position is responsible for answering phones, assisting customers in person at the Butts-Mehre ticket window, and occasional email correspondence with current and prospective ticket buyers. Assisting the Director and Assistant Director of Ticket Operations with various projects including, but not limited to, season and single game ticket allocations, fulfilling ticket requests, and mailing ticket orders. Additional responsibilities will include Paciolan ticketing system proficiency, customer record confidentiality, familiarity with athletic venues and parking regulations, and StubHub integration support.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reading and writing business correspondence and communicating proficiently with individuals within and outside the University by telephone and email. Working independently and handle multiple tasks. This position involves knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills and will interact with individuals at all levels.
