Position Summary:

To assist in managing and leading the ticket sales team for UAB Athletics and the Athletics Ticket Office to grow ticket sales revenues. To make outbound calls to renewal accounts and generate new business through new season ticket and group sales. To build, manage and assign season ticket renewal portfolios for sales team. To assist in generating season ticket, single game and group ticket sales reports for upper management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help manage, hire, train and lead the ticket sales team for the UAB Athletic Ticket Office.
• Make 200+ outbound calls a week to renewal accounts and generate new business through new season ticket and group sales.
• Cultivate new sales through outreach to the Birmingham Business community.
• Assist in building and assigning season ticket renewal portfolios and new leads for sales team.
• Assist in the creation of season ticket and group ticket sales plans, initiatives, and forecasts
• Upload leads, manage portfolios, and work with salesforce to create reports and dashboards.
• Help generate season ticket, single game, and group ticket sales reports for upper management.
• Assist with the day-to-day working relationship with the outside partners.
• Help with ticketing responsibilities for home Football and Men's Basketball events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Salary Range: $20.80 - $24.00

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
