The Opportunity
Apply NowAs the Ticketing Operations & System Associate, you'll be the face of Cornell Athletics Ticketing. Your responsibilities include overseeing ticket sales, managing events for seven varsity sports, and supervising the Temporary Athletics Ticketing and Game Day Staff. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in system management for the golf course operation.
Core work hours for the Ticketing Operations & System Associate include daytime coverage of the Ticket Office Tuesdays through Fridays, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the rest of your full-time hours fulfilled through your presence at Cornell Athletics events scheduled primarily on evenings and weekends. During times with limited home-hosted contests, full-time hours are more standard (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm) with a much greater focus on administrative tasks and strategic planning.
