Description

The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), an NCAA Division I institution and member of American Athletic Conference, is seeking a candidate that has a passion for ticket sales to fill the role of Account Executive. This role will primarily focus on selling Football and Men's Basketball ticket packages for home events UAB athletic events. The candidate will report to the Associate Athletics Director for Ticket Sales Service.

To perform administrative support duties related to ticketing for UAB Athletics. To manage ticket sales and distribution for UAB Athletics sponsored events, including sales of tickets, corporate ticket packages, group tickets and other ticket products for all home athletic events. To contact past customers and new sales leads to sell ticket plans for UAB Athletics. To provide superior customer service and to create opportunities for new business. To adhere to all institution, conference and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) rules and regulations. To report all known NCAA violations in accordance with institutional, conference and NCAA policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
