Traditionally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with two Saturdays a year for Commencement required.
Targeted salary range: $42,320-$45,500
Less than 10%
Primarily responsible for overseeing the athlete certification process and managing the evaluation and processing of transfer credits. Act as the department's point person for state-wide transfer initiatives, facilitating the creation and updating of articulation agreements. Additionally, perform degree evaluations and collaborate with re-entry and post-baccalaureate students.
Bachelor's Degree
Two years of experience in academic advising, athlete certification, admissions, registrar, international programs.Experience working with academic curriculum and/or requirements.Experience with and knowledge of a Student Information System (preferably Banner).
Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to make administrative decisions using good judgment.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with detailed information.Demonstrated ability to multi-task successfully.Strong customer service skills.Ability to accurately and efficiently perform computerized tasks to include any combination of word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, internet or web-based applications.
Experience with NCAA regulations and athletic academic eligibility.Experience with evaluating and processing transfer creditsExperience with and knowledge of Ellucian's BannerSupervisory experience (professional or student)
