This work involves providing academic guidance, retention strategies, and individualized success interventions to help college athletes navigate educational requirements and overall college life. It includes supporting at-risk populations, coordinating targeted programs, and ensuring progress toward academic goals.

Job Description:

• Provides individual or small group academic instruction and study skills.
• Monitors the progress of the students.
• Maintains confidential records and other documentation.
• Stays abreast of and assures adherence to NCAA, SEC, and University rules and regulations as it relates to position.
• Ensures all assigned tasks are in compliance with University, SEC Conference, and NCAA rules.
• Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.
