Job Summary

• Serves as the lead point of contact and liaison for universitysoftware.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises students and temporary personnelfor SAAC program. Oversees the College, Reading, and LearningAssociation (CRLA) certification as well as all NCAA, Universityand CUSA requirements.
• Creates and maintains student employee files to include application, transcript, FERPA, Sexual Harassment, TutorContract, Confidentiality and Integrity Agreement, and/or Letters ofRecommendation.
• Performs various data collection, monitoring, documentation and Yanalysis to ensure accurate and timely development of SAACusage reports. Maintains a variety of records requiringclassification and compilation of varied information. Assists incompilation of data for statistical reporting.
• Communicates the progress, outcomes and direction of work tothe Associate Director. Makes recommendations concerningimprovement of programs and services.
• Promotes and enhances positive working relationships with theSAAC professional staff, student workers, tutors and mentors(graduate assistants) to foster the success of the SAAC program.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of appropriate experience, or a Master's degree.
