Job Description
TheUniversity Athletic and Community Counselor is responsible for providing direct and indirect professional, confidential assessment, diagnostic, and clinical mental health, including individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention services to ISU student-athletes and community-based clients.
Direct services include treatment for the full range of mental health issues. Treatment modalities include individual and group counseling. Indirect services include case management, supervision, consultation, and serving as liaison between the ISU Interdisciplinary Clinic and the Department of Counseling, and ISU’s Athletics Department.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree from a CACREP-accredited counseling program in either: Clinical Mental Health Counseling; Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, or Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling; or Master's in Social Work; or Clinical Psychologist

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
