Position Description
| Advertised Job Summary |
The Retention team is primarily responsible for selling /renewing Gamecock Club memberships and season tickets associated with those memberships. This person should be a self-motivated and positive professional. The Account Executive for Retention will work under the guidance of the Associate AD/Revenue Generation and Business Intelligence and be willing to work non-traditional hours, weekends, events and game days.

| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Some knowledge or experience working in sports ticket sales required.

| Preferred Qualifications |
Some familiarity in Ticketmaster Archtics or comparable ticketing platform and a CRM database software preferred.
