Apply NowThe Vice President for Development, Central Programs is an exempt (salaried) position employed by the University of Cincinnati Foundation (UCF) and reports to the UC Foundation President.
Focus
The Vice President for Development is responsible for leading, planning, implementing and managing fundraising staff and programs for central development programs including athletics, corporate & foundation relations, gift planning & administration, national development (regional) and stewardship. Central development programs provide high-level centralized services that support both the undergraduate and graduate focused colleges on UC’s west campus, the academic health enterprise (Colleges of Medicine, Allied Health, Nursing and Pharmacy, plus UC Health) on east campus, athletics and other administrative units.

The anticipated starting salary range for the Vice President for Development, Central Programs role is $250,000-$300,000 annually. When determining final offer amount the UC Foundation considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
