Otterbein University seeks an accomplished and visionary leader to be our next Vice President of Enrollment Management. The Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM) leads the division of Enrollment Management, comprised of the Offices of Admission, Financial Aid and Enrollment Services, a team of 27 professional staff. The VPEM is the senior enrollment administrator, reports to the Executive Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and serves as a member of the President's cabinet. The VPEM is one of two staff liaisons (with the VP of Institutional Advancement) to the Enrollment and Advancement committee of the Otterbein Board of Trustees. The VPEM partners with Business Affairs, Student Affairs (including University Housing and Athletics) to produce multiyear projections for enrollment and enrollment-related revenue to support institutional long-term planning and budget development. The VPEM facilitates a culture of data-informed decision making and best practices regarding marketing, recruitment, admissions, financial aid, student success and retention. The VPEM champions the institutional commitment to enrolling a diverse and talented student body.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree (required), or a Ph.D. (preferred), from a regionally accredited university or university;ten or more years successively more responsible experience in a higher educational setting, private/4 year liberal arts experience preferred.
Applicants should have demonstrated success in enrollment management leadership in a university setting; significant senior-level experience in admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, registration and/or student records.
