• Captureandproduceversatile,high-qualitycontentincludingphotographyandvideographythatalignswiththebrandandteam'sobjectives.
• Collaboratecloselywithteammemberstofacilitateeffectivecontentcaptureanddistributiontostudent-athletes,coaches, andstaff.
• Assist inmanagingthecreativeworkflow, includingorganizingandleadingphoto andvideo shoots.
• Maintainafoundationalunderstandingofsocialmedia operationstoaidincontent alignment and future strategy developments.
• Monitorandreportontheperformanceandengagementofcreatedcontent,makingdata-driven recommendations for strategy adjustments.
• Adapttonewtechnologiesandmethodsforcontentcreationasthefieldevolves.
• Provide timelyresponsesandcommunicationsacrossteammembers, coaches,and additionalstakeholders.
• Managemultiple,complexprojectsefficientlyandeffectively,bothwithquickturnaroundsand long lead times.
• Adhere toconfidentialityandbusinessethics, demonstratingoutstandingjudgment and discretion.
• Workoutsideregular businesshoursasneededtomeetproject deadlines.
• Travel as necessary (<20%).
• Performotherrelevantdutiesasassigned.

Qualifications

• 1yearofexperienceincommunications,content creation,marketing,socialmedia is necessary. managementorrelatedfield,withatrackrecordofsuccessinonlinecommunications,is necessary.
• Experienceworkingwithcollegiateorprofessionalathleticsisnecessary.
• Proven expertiseinusingAdobeCreative Suiteforphotoandvideoeditingisstrongly preferred.
• FamiliaritywithSonyequipmentisstronglypreferred.
• Basicunderstandingofsocialmediaoperations,includingcontentcreation,publishing,anddatareporting,ispreferred.Thisfoundationalknowledgewillaidinmore effective collaborationandcontent strategyalignmentwithin theteam;day-to-daysocialmedia management is not expected.
• Exceptionalflexibilityandadaptabilityinrapidlychangingenvironments
