Position Summary Information
| Job Description Summary |
The “summer” weight room student assistant will support the athletic department for up to 40 hours per week in the Anderson Athletic Complex Weight Room. Duties include assisting with facility upkeep, supporting Coaches with basic tasks, and performing clerical work as needed. This role requires current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

| Required Qualifications |
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn the support process. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. CPR & First Aid Certification.
Ability to pick up at least 25 lbs.

| Desired Qualifications |
A cell phone, laptop, and or PC will be necessary for daily responsibilities. Communication is key for both roles; if something comes up, it is expected that you reach out and update your supervisor. Reliable transportation.
