Women’s Assistant Volleyball Coach – Part Time

The Assistant Coach supports the head coach by managing on-court instruction, player development,
and recruiting prospective student athletes. A key responsibility is player mentoring and fostering a
positive team culture.

Experience and Education requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of school or club volleyball coaching and /or playing experience
• Effective interpersonal communication and relationship skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of skills, techniques and game strategies
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by Brescia insurance

• Assist with team conditioning, skill development and team building
• Assist Head Coach and any other coaches with the advancement of the University’s athletic

program overall goals and responsibilities
