Main UNCW Campus
The Women’s Basketball Program Assistant provides administrative services to the Women’s Basketball program. Responsibilities include:
Acting as special assistant to the Head Coach
Supporting the Head Coach in Administrative duties as related to recruiting
Managing calendars and schedules
Providing reception duties
Serving as liaison with the stakeholders
Assisting with digital content creation and execution
Creating and evaluating scouting reports for the coaching staff
Cut up film for each staff member in preparation for scouts
Organize & cut practice film
Disseminate film to coaches & players as needed
Assisting with on court workouts for guards and posts
Assisting the staff with any film/video/graphics as needed
Supporting and executing student services groups including but not limited to student managers.

This position may be expected to work a variety of hours including evenings and/or weekends during peak times based on the Women’s Basketball season schedule.

Demonstrated knowledge with standard office software including Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organization and attention to detail
