The Head Women’s Soccer Coach is responsible for coaching and administration of the USCB soccer program to include the development, implementation, management and compliance of an NCAA intercollegiate soccer program. Responsibilities also include the recruitment of student-athletes, field management and fundraising to support athletic programs and facilities as well as other duties assigned by the Athletic Director.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Master’s degree. Experience in NCAA DI or DII. Recruiting experience in NCAA DI or DII.

Demonstrated knowledge of sport rules and regulations as well as NCAA DII rules and regulations. Superior oral and written communication skills; effective organization and administrative skills; strong computer skills.

Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility, recruiting, and compliance procedures of the NCAA, Peach Belt Conference, Department of Athletics policy manual and the University’s policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of all eligibility and recruiting requirements for NCAA, Peach Belt Conference, and USC Beaufort Admission standards. Maintains accountability for scholarship limits. Manages all recruiting efforts for the program and makes scholarship recommendations.
