Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach – Part Time

The Assistant Coach supports the head coach by managing instruction, player development, and
recruiting prospective student athletes. A key responsibility is player mentoring and fostering a
positive team culture.

Experience and Education requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of school or club soccer coaching and/or playing experience
• Effective interpersonal communication and relationship skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of skills, techniques and game strategies
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by Brescia insurance
