Job Summary

The Women’s Soccer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overall administrative soccer operations. Duties include but not limited to the following: budget management including recruiting and team travel; manage student scholarship paperwork; coordinating logistics related to team travel and official visits; manage camp operations ensuring departmental policies are followed, liaison to all departments with women’s soccer game day operations, community relations and coordination of on-campus recruiting events/visits.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with JumpForward, Expensify and

HUDL

software.
