Liberal Arts: This position entails working in a liberal arts setting. Candidate must be able to understand the philosophy and practice of a liberal arts setting in recruiting and retention.
Organizational Leadership: This position entails learning how to lead individuals and in small and large group settings.
Professional and Creative Writing: This position entails creating recruiting materials for various platforms and the development of team and alumni communication.
Sports Leadership: This position entails recruiting and coaching of student athletes in various event areas, including strength and conditioning.
MBA
: This position entails learning fundraising, team budgeting (travel, equipment, meals, events, home meets). Detail to fiscal responsibility is learned.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills required.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Intermediate skills using MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Experience in college athletics strongly preferred.
Valid and unencumbered driver’s license preferred.
