Description
Central Penn College is seeking a Women’s Volleyball Assistant Coach for the upcoming season. Central Penn College is a member of the USCAA and Eastern States Athletic Conference that competes on a national level for small colleges. This position oversees all aspects of the volleyball program and is committed to adhering to all rules and regulations of Central Penn College, the athletic department, and the USCAA. The assistant coach is also responsible for helping to monitor the academic progress of the volleyball student athletes in addition to recruiting high school and transfer students for the volleyball program and maintaining a healthy roster size. This role will also help coordinate the planning of the program schedule, facilities, games, and events. This is a part-time, seasonal position.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have:

• Previous college or high school coaching experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Previous college volleyball playing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting student athletes is a plus but not required.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
