We encourage applications from women, people of color, people with disabilities, veterans, and other candidates from underrepresented backgrounds and with diverse experiences interested in this opportunity. | | About the Position | The Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of operating a collegiate volleyball program, including, but not limited to, the following responsibilities: - Coaching student-athletes at team practices, games and other events - Identification, recruitment, eligibility and retention of current and prospective student-athletes - Full compliance with NCAA rules and regulations - Assist head coach in practice planning and macro/micro season planning - Public relations: Planning, coordination and execution of Alumni and fundraising events - Edit game film and & present to the team - Administrative duties vital to day to day operations of the program - Point person for summer volleyball camps - Effectively work with co-workers, university personnel and student-athletes of diverse backgrounds and identities

The Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach will have and maintain a good working relationship with the following:

  • Compliance administrator: work within NCAA compliance regulations and assist in monitoring academic performance of student-athletes
