| Required Qualifications |
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in coaching college, professional, elite youth club or 5 years high school head coaching
- Ability to effectively coach student-athletes of diverse backgrounds and identities
- First Aid and CPR certification or commitment to obtaining certification within 3 months of employment

| Preferred Qualifications |
- Commitment to holistic development of student-athlete
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest volleyball (e.g.: Puget Sound, Evergreen and Columbia Empire regions of USA Volleyball)
- Experience playing competitive volleyball (e.g.: Elite youth, college, or professional)
- Excellent professional and interpersonal communication skills
- 3 years of college coaching experience
- Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations

Successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment. Work visa sponsorship is not provided.
Also must pass annual recruiting exam/ coaching certification required by the NCAA.
