JOB TITLE:
Performance Nutrition Assistant
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:
Please provide information about the goals/services your area provides. Primary responsibility will be assisting with Fueling Station upkeep (opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, etc.) and special nutrition-related projects for teams as needed. There will be a lot of interaction with student athletes and opportunities to help with gameday nutrition-related activities.

Pay rate or range: $12.00/Hour
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist the University of Wyoming Athletics’ Olympic and Football Dietitians with fueling athletes to their top performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility will be assisting with Fueling Station upkeep (opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, etc.) and special nutrition-related projects for teams as needed. There will be a lot of interaction with student athletes and opportunities to help with gameday nutrition-related activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Current University of Wyoming Student.
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Reliable and Punctual. Well-Organized. Strong Communication Skills
EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS APPLICABLE TO CAREERS:
Great for future sports dietitians or other medical/athletics-related professions seeking to understand athlete nutrition. Major Related: Nutrition, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences.
