Front Desk Attendant - High Altitude Performance Center Training Table - Work Study
DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:
The HAPC Training Table is a dining facility that services over 300 student-athletes, plus coaches/staff/administrators, and outside groups. The Training Table is open 5 days a week, Monday-Friday from 7:00am-7:30pm, with the exception of Friday, from 7:00am-1:30pm.
What type of clients are served in your department (education majors, all students, faculty, staff)? Varsity student-athletes, coaches, administrators, staff members, outside groups, donors, recruits and families, etc.
Does your department/area provide community services with the goal to improve the quality of life for community residents or to solve a particular problem related to those residents’ needs? Yes. At times, outside groups from the community will eat at the Training Table. The Training Table also partners with the local food pantry and soup kitchen to donate excess food and/or shelf items.

Pay rate or range: $12.00/Hour
JOB PURPOSE:
Assist in the Athletics Training Table area with proper accountability with cash registers, student head count, credit card processing and provide customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer service, money/CC management and PCI compliance, security with register and monies received, keep counts of students with rosters as needed by the Athletics department, troubleshooting customer card issues.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Current University of Wyoming Student
Experience : Desire to provide hospitality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
