Provide advanced administrative support for Huskers Athletic Fund and Ticket Office including, but not limited to, greeting visitors, coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and processing expense reimbursements. Assist Deputy AD for Revenue Generation with appointment scheduling, calendar maintenance, and data input. Assist with ordering office supplies, processing invoices, project management, and other duties as assigned. Associate’s degree and two years office experience required; Equivalent education/experience considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to exercise significant discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information.
The ideal candidate will have work experience in an athletics department. Experience providing administrative support to executive or senior management preferred.
