The Assistant Athletics Director, Director of Tickets position in Athletics is responsible for managing the daily operations of the ticket office; maintaining an accurate record of tickets to athletic events, receipts, and disbursements; coordinating the design, layout and purchase of season tickets to individual game tickets; coordinating all ticket sales for football, basketball, and baseball; organizing and coordinating ticket mailings; coordinating ticket deposits with the Business Office; coordinating all seat assignments; ensuring the staffing of the ticket office during normal business hours; and assigning and distributing complimentary tickets within established departmental, institutional, and
NCAA
regulations.
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of one year of experience in ticketing for athletic events
Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?
Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
Standard office hours
Some evening and weekend hours required
