The Department of Athletics development team seeks a Assistant Athletics Director, Donor Relations. This individual will bring their strategic mindset to lead a team of donor relations officers and events staff to produce compelling and consistent donor communications, events, recognition, impact reporting, and acknowledgements. The Assistant Athletics Director, Donor Relations will serve on the development leadership team tasked with strengthening donor ties to the athletics department and inspiring philanthropic support for Stanford’s student athletes. This is a highly collaborative team looking for a colleague who is motivated, positive, and thrives on coaching and mentoring others.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate.
The expected pay range for this position is $88,000 – $162,000 per annum.
