Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities
Assists the Head Coach in the following areas:

• Â Establish and maintain a culture of faith, influence, relationships, excellence
• Â Oversite and direction of the club soccer program
• Â Recruitment and roster management
• Â Practice and training preparation
• Â Academic accountability
• Â Provides spiritual guidance, prayer, and support for the team
• Â Performs other duties as assigned

Other Duties and Responsibilitie s

• Â Completing other duties and tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism, as directed and not necessarily mentioned in this description, will be expected.
•  Commitment to the University’s faith statement, mission, and purposes; and an active Christian faith.
• Â Comfort and familiarity with the practice of praying with and for others, including students, faculty, and fellow University staff.
• The ability to meaningfully support and encourage students, faculty, and staff from a biblical worldview perspective, using relevant and applicable references from the Old and New Testaments and orthodox Christian writings.

Education and Experience:

•  Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Â Experience coaching in a collegiate or high-level soccer program
• Â Demonstrated connection to the Christian Mission and Core Commitments of the University

Working Conditions:

• General soccer environment
• Office hours to accomplish administrative tasks
• Meeting with student-athletes as needed
• Travel to competition and recruitment as needed

Time Required:

• Standard college soccer calendar for in-season and out-of-season

Fair Labor Standards Act:
This position is considered to be part-time, exempt for overtime pay provisions as provided by the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any applicable state laws.

Education and Experience:
