Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities Assists the Head Coach in the following areas:
 Establish and maintain a culture of faith, influence, relationships, excellence
 Oversite and direction of the club soccer program
 Recruitment and roster management
 Practice and training preparation
 Academic accountability
 Provides spiritual guidance, prayer, and support for the team
 Performs other duties as assigned
Other Duties and Responsibilitie s
 Completing other duties and tasks with utmost integrity and professionalism, as directed and not necessarily mentioned in this description, will be expected.
 Commitment to the Universityâs faith statement, mission, and purposes; and an active Christian faith.
 Comfort and familiarity with the practice of praying with and for others, including students, faculty, and fellow University staff.
The ability to meaningfully support and encourage students, faculty, and staff from a biblical worldview perspective, using relevant and applicable references from the Old and New Testaments and orthodox Christian writings.
Education and Experience:
 Bachelorâs degree (Masterâs preferred)
 Experience coaching in a collegiate or high-level soccer program
 Demonstrated connection to the Christian Mission and Core Commitments of the University
Working Conditions:
General soccer environment
Office hours to accomplish administrative tasks
Meeting with student-athletes as needed
Travel to competition and recruitment as needed
Time Required:
Standard college soccer calendar for in-season and out-of-season
Fair Labor Standards Act:
This position is considered to be part-time, exempt for overtime pay provisions as provided by the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and any applicable state laws.

 Bachelorâs degree (Masterâs preferred)
