Perform other related duties as assigned. ** Minimum Job Requirements:**
A Bachelor’s Degree is required with a Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years as a high school head coach or 1 year as a college assistant or head coach or college playing experience.
A valid USA Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment is also required, as well as the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in all kinds of weather and road conditions (CDL endorsement preferred) ** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
Proficient speaking, writing, and organizational skills.
Effectively articulate thoughts and ideas to others.
Proficient computer, video-equipment, social media and public relation skills.
Possess a strong desire to work with young individuals and a commitment to the success of each student-athlete.
Must be a hard worker, self-driven person that can work independently.
Ability to drive long distances for away matches.
