Summary
The Associate Athletic Director of Fan Engagement will provide leadership for fan/community engagement, marketing and game day experience to help drive revenue and fan/student attendance through the development and implementation of an innovative and strategic fan engagement and marketing strategy.
Successful candidate will utilize industry-wide best practices, game day environment, and community partnerships to actively engage fans, enhance fan acquisition and grow affinity for UTSA Athletics. Supervise and direct the external areas of marketing and community engagement. Serves as a key member of the leadership team; reporting directly to Senior Associate AD for Strategic Communications.
