Department of Athletics - Soccer
Coordinates and manages all aspects of soccer camps, and alumni events. This includes working closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Facilities to ensure all procedures are met. Manages all program fundraising initiatives. Manages game day activities, including working to improve Home Game Attendance.
Completes all administrative duties for the soccer office to include but not limited to: general front office duties, travel arrangements, create requisitions, receive on purchase orders, responsible for handling p-card/t-card, update recruiting database, process ADF forms, IDRs, and vendor profiles. Other duties as assigned.
Responsible for the Soccer overall budget.
Supervises graduate assistants and OPS staff.
Assist with on campus recruits and coordinates all recruiting trips for head and assistant coaches. Coordinates video setup for practices.

Works as a liaison between different departments on campus and with the athletic department for the head coach. Works closely with Seminole Boosters, Equipment, and Ticket Office.
Bachelor's degree and four years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to eight years. (Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
Valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License.
