Program Coordinator II (AH40/61122866), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 06. Salary range: $45,530.00 (minimum) - $64,885.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Travel, flexibility, including necessity of frequent night and weekend work is required and some holidays.

Design, manage, and continuously improve donor communication through the PacFund system, and responsible for providing PacFund reporting and batching, cross trained in all Executive Assistant/Business Operations Manager responsibilities including accounts receivables/payables, batch revenue reports, board minutes, and CAF staff support.

Independently develop the digital content for the CAF Donor portal through PacFund, including the oversight of digital campaigns and emails for special events, fundraising efforts and general information and social media footprint. Direct supervision of the CAF marking/graphic design student worker.
Assist with staff on Football, Basketball, and Baseball CAF Suite Level game-day operations, stewardship fulfillment and special events including the Chanticleer Gala, donor trips and community engagement.
Lead the Implementation and promote initiatives to enhance and expand the Student CAF program, including the recruitment, training and development of SCAF student leaders and members.
Oversee and manage the priority point system through PacFund system and provide accurate and up to date information to CAF donors and CAF staff to create effective working relationships, including serving as the ticket office liaison.
Required** :** A Bachelor’s degree is required and related experience.
Preferred: Experience at Coastal Carolina University. Three years experience in college athletics with administrative experience or related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess an energetic and outgoing personality; highly detail oriented; an effective oral and written communicator; ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; ability to work well as a team member and to work independently. This person must have a passion for collegiate athletics and the student-athletes we serve.
