Job Summary

The Director of Administrative Operations position is responsible for maintaining AD’s calendar and meetings; providing administrative support to the office; preparation and coordination of documents, reports, databases, and correspondence; maintaining files; maintaining database for all game contracts; working with the athletics development office to assist in donor cultivation and donor events to include set up and running of AD suites at contests; preparing standard financial documents; maintaining office supplies; greeting and assisting students, faculty, staff and visitors; and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in collegiate athletics
