The position is responsible for various aspects of statistical analysis for the Basketball program with non-coaching duties and responsibilities in accordance with
NCAA
and West Coast Conference rules, regulations and requirements. Individual will exercise independent judgment and decision making authority and must be able to interpret and apply complicated rules and regulations.
The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $62,635 – $67,728 annually. The internal full salary range is $62,635 – $84,741.

- Coordinates statistical recording and analysis for Basketball program including, but not limited to:
- Provide coaching staff video analytics of all games and practices, including clip up, file conversions, player development edits and analytics, playstyle video projects, stating practices and scrimmages, opponents film clipping and research, uploading games and video to HUDL and distribute to players, coordination of all player video sessions and manages all video equipment at home and on the road.
- Provide coaching staff video and analytics for scout of opponents including file conversion, supporting coaches with game scouts, and responsible for opponents personnel analytics.
- Assists coaching staff with video and analytics to support recruiting efforts that include video clips/analytics/statistical breakdown of recruits in high school and the transfer portal, creation of player development plans and graphic creation in photoshop, and video edits of recruits for head coach that includes file conversion for viewing.
- Provides coaching staff post game defensive charting analytics and defensive accountability reports.

- Two (2) years working knowledge of basketball analytics with demonstrated professional experience in the field.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Ability to travel during the basketball season.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

- College level and/or Division I basketball playing, coaching and/or operations experience.
