Salary/Grade: EXS/8
Target hiring range for this position will be between $67,000-$68,500 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement will serve an integral role in the overall marketing and promotion of Northwestern Athletics with a primary focus on select sport programs. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, this position will facilitate the development and execution of strategic plans enhancing brand awareness, ticket sales, the fan/game experience and other revenue generating initiatives. This role will work closely with all members of the Athletic Department as well as numerous constituencies withing the University community.
