Louisiana Tech University is seeking candidates for Director of Player Personnel (Football). This is a full-time, 12-month position. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree required; a working knowledge of Conference USA and NCAA regulations are preferred. Candidate must also be willing to handle a variety of administrative and clerical functions, have sound written and verbal communication skills, and possess a commitment to athletic and academic success. Must be proficient in recruiting & computer systems such as ARMs, PFF, Coaching By the Numbers, Tracking Football, JuCo Insider, Teamworks, Adobe Photoshop, Excel, Workday, etc.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Assist in the monitoring of all recruiting activities as well as any travel associated with recruiting ensuring that all areas of the football program demonstrate a commitment to maintaining compliance with NCAA, CUSA, Louisiana Tech, and State of Louisiana regulations.
2) Oversee daily football recruiting operations, managing office support personnel, communication with various campus departments, starting & managing scout pipelines, creating recruiting graphics
4) Oversee game day visits & assist with various game management duties.
5) Work with recruiting staff to execute official & unofficial campus visits including travel, itineraries, lodging, meals, visuals, etc. Post visit compliance, records, & payments.
