Coordination of overall operation and management of the university’s intercollegiate athletics women’s basketball program; planning and directing the recruitment, conditioning, training, practice, and athletic performance of student-athlete team members. Full responsibility for the success of team performance and student-athlete academic performance, eligibility, and behavioral conduct. Compliance with

, the Southern Conference, and university rules and regulations. Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and support staff, including their compliance with

, Southern Conference, and university rules and policies. Plan, monitor, and be accountable for the administration of the sports budget and be accountable for the assignment of athletic scholarships to team members.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Collegiate coaching
experience, and knowledge of
NCAA
rules.
Master’s degree and Head coaching experience.
