Planning, Development and Administration of all phases of a
NCAA
Division I
women’s golf program. Coordinate the overall operation and management of the university’s intercollegiate athletics women’s golf program, including but not limited to recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, individual and team preparation, practice, competition scheduling, fundraising, and alumni and community relations. Plan, monitor, and be accountable for the administration of the program’s budget and for the assignment of athletics scholarships. Assume responsibility for the success of team performance and for student-athlete academic performance, the
NCAA
Academic Performance Rate (

), and behavioral conduct and other duties as assigned. Commitment to the responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Western Carolina University, The Southern Conference, and the

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and two years of collegiate golf coaching experience.
Four years of experience in collegiate coaching.
