Coordinates and manages all aspects of Women's Basketball coaches clinics and alumni events. This includes working closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Facilities to ensure proper procedures are being met. Manages community relations for Women's Basketball activities.
Oversees all administrative duties following all University policies and procedures for the Women's Basketball to include but not limited to: travel arrangements/authorizations; generation of requisitions, receiving of purchase orders, managing p-card/t-card administrative tasks; process ADF forms, IDRs and vendor profiles, and general front office duties. Prepares a variety of materials including correspondence, reports, and forms. Responsible for developing and implementing procedures to increase efficiency and improve office systems in the basketball Office. Responsible for implementation of University, Department of Athletics, and NCAA policies, procedures, and directives.
Coordinates all travel arrangements and payments for Women's Basketball. Responsible for T-card and P-card purchasing and expense reports. Completes and prepares all travel documents for student athletes and coaches.
Oversees recruits and coordinates all recruiting trips for head and assistant coaches. Maintains recruiting database and assists with gathering incoming athlete information including but not limited to medical history, NCAA forms, etc. Responsible for creating detailed reports necessary for Compliance with NCAA, scholarships, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Women's Basketball Coaches and Director of Operations. Responsible for phone coverage for the office and coaches.
Bachelor's degree and two years' experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience up to six years.(Note: post-high school education may substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
