Department of Athletics - Women's Basketball
Coordinates and manages all aspects of Women's Basketball events. This includes working closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Facilities to ensure proper procedures are being met. Manages community relations for Women's Basketball activities.
Oversees all administrative duties following all University policies and procedures for the Women's Basketball to include but not limited to: travel arrangements/authorizations; generation of requisitions, receiving of purchase orders, managing p-card/t-card administrative tasks; process ADF forms, IDRs and vendor profiles, and general front office duties. Prepares a variety of materials including correspondence, reports, and forms. Responsible for developing and implementing procedures to increase efficiency and improve office systems in the basketball Office. Responsible for implementation of University, Department of Athletics, and NCAA policies, procedures, and directives.

Coordinates all recruiting trips for head and assistant coaches. Assists with gathering incoming athlete information including but not limited to medical history, NCAA forms, etc. Responsible for creating detailed reports necessary for Compliance with NCAA, scholarships, etc.
Other duties as assigned by Women's Basketball Coaches and General Manager. Responsible for phone coverage for the office and coaches.
Bachelor's degree and two years experience or a combination of post high school education and experience up to six years.
