The Zags360 Program Director will oversee the Zags360 wellness initiative, with an initial focus on student-athletes. as it advances through athletics and across the university, in alignment with Commitment 3 of the Gonzaga University Strategic Plan: “Provide an Integrative Jesuit Educational Experience for our Students.”
Zags360 is a distinctive whole-person approach to student wellness. It provides Gonzaga University students (student-athletes, in particular) with the resources to realize their potential and excel in all aspects of their Gonzaga experience. Rooted in the Jesuit principle of
cura personalis
, Zags360 focuses on eight facets of each individual, ensuring that every student has the whole-person attention, support, and encouragement they need to succeed today and throughout their lives.
In collaboration with colleagues across the university this individual will direct the continued the development of the program, including marketing and fundraising efforts, as well as leading a data pilot program proof of concept.
The budgeted annual salary range that the University reasonably expects to offer for this position is $72,000 annually.
The internal full salary range is $72,000 – $97,452.
