The mission of the Athletic Department at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte is to operate within the perspective of the overall educational programs. The Department of Athletic supports the highest ethical standards of the University, the

and affiliated conference.
Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for women’s basketball and women’s tennis.
This position will work with an assigned sport on a daily basis throughout the year. Responsibilities include all aspects of strength and conditioning/player development, data analytics, as well as, related duties facilitated by the Director of Sports Performance for Olympic Sports and the Athletic Director.
Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Master in exercise physiology or related field (working outward or completed).
Must be
CSCS
certified.
The finalist will be subject to a Criminal Background Check and/or a Motor Vehicle Report
